Shipping Information: We currently offer free shipping on all Celsi fireplaces. This is applicable to the lower 48 US states (all other states will be quoted by request).
All shipments are checked prior to dispatch and it is important that you check the product when it arrives. If you think that the product may have been damaged in anyway (due to signs of packaging damage) then you should immediately open the product and check it. If you do not have time to check the product and you notice any signs of tears, rips or blemishes in the packaging then you should write on the delivery receipt “packaging damaged” prior to signing the note. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods and report any defects to American Electric Fireplaces within 24 hours of the goods receipt. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if there is no notation of damage at the time if signing and that you were unable to check the goods at the time of delivery.
Returns/Refunds: American Electric Fireplaces are committed to supplying you with the highest quality fireplace. If for any reason you wish to return the fireplace within 7 days of purchase you can contact our sales department on 630 723 0070 for a goods return number and arrange for the product to be returned to our warehouse. Products must be returned in original packaging and in a sellable condition. For products shipped out under our free delivery offer the refund will be reduced by the actual shipping costs plus a 25% restocking charge. It is the buyers responsibility to ship the product back to our warehouse. This policy applies to goods cancelled after dispatch or refused delivery.
